1-What if a company does not have an open account with PSGI? PSGI makes it easy to do business via the Internet. We accept credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover, certified checks, money orders, and of course cash, for those companies or individuals which do not have an open credit account.

2- How does a company open an account? We thought you would never ask... It's easy as one, two, three. Go to the request literature section of the web-site and request a credit application. fill it out on-line if you would like, then just press submit. If you prefer, you can fax it in to (732) 248-7733, or send it by mail to:

3- Are there any limits to the type of items which can be shipped? With the exception of "hazardous materials" (and if you are not sure if it is a hazardous material, it probably is) there are vitually no limits to the items we handle. PSGI has handled everything you can imagine , from "oscars" to heavy machinery. PSGI has done it all. Though fragile equipment, computers of all shapes and sizes, electronics and other high value items are the norm, please don't hesitate to inquire about other types of items. The worst we can say is, "No way", but we can't recall the last time we had to do so. By the way, we ship non-fragile packaged shipments also. That's easy!

4- Are all your products and services available all over the world? Not quite. But everyday PSGI continues to build upon its already large global presence. There is no harm in asking about a specific location. And if you already have, ask again. As we grow so does our network. If we can't service your needs today, tomorrow may be a different story. "Rome wasn't built in a day," as they say, so even if we can't handle your location today, please check in at a later date.

5-Do you have any minimum order size or requirements? Absolutely not! But chances are that after you tally up all of our charges for pick up, (if applicable) packaging, shipping, etc. it is unlikely that any order would be under $100. There are some exceptions to this rule regarding "proto-types" and "samples" as well as when we handle a very small shipping task in conjunction with another one.

6-Are you a franchise or storefront operation? No. PSGI is an independenly owned and operated corporation. We have no affiliation with any of the franchise operations. Our corporate headquarters is located in a 100,000 sq. foot facility. Our customers include both commercial concerns and individual shippers on a nationwide basis.

7-What if my company has an account with Fedex, Airborne, or another carrier? Is it possible to request packaging services only? Of course, this is not a problem. We always promote the full service concept, but in those instances where you would like us to use your account # for shipping, it is not a problem. In those instances where it is critical that PSGI have full control over a particular shipment, we will let you know.

8-Do you provide third party services? Not only do we provide these services, we actually encourage them. PSGI actively promotes the concept of the referral. We are proud of the fact that many of the major air freight and LTL trucking companies, as well as many national and local companies in the Moving and Storage industry, rely on PSGI for packaging services which facilitate their transportation services. When it comes to quality and reliability, PSGI is a name you can count on!

9-What does "single source" packaging and transportation really mean?
